Temperature controlled fermenters coax the last essence from the fermenting grapes. |
With fermentation complete the wines are removed from tank and prepared for the barrel room. |

A new shipment of French oak barrels arrive ... and just in time. Soon all of the barrels will be filled and stored quietly away to age, integrate and become wonderful. |
Hundreds of French oak barrels are filled with the delicious wines from the 2007 vintage. |

Another harvest has come and gone. The leaves turn from green to yellow unitl they are eventually gone and the vines lay dormant for another season. |
