Your “Taste of the Past” experience begins in the Winery Hill vineyard, the very heart of Domaine Serene and where our wines start their journey from grape to wine. Hear about our sustainable farming practices, learn our history and even taste a grape from the vine (in season). Finally, you'll enjoy a very 
special private tasting in our Library Archive, surrounded by the very bottles that tell our story from the present back to our beginning in 1989. You’ll also taste rare library selections complimented with a selection of artisanal meats, cheeses and more.
The “Taste of the Past” tour and tasting is $55 per person and by appointment only. Times are Monday through Friday at 1:00 p.m. and limited to 4 persons. Appointments for the “Taste of the Past” experience must be made with a minimum 24 hour notice. Please allow for an hour and thirty minutes for your tour and tasting.
Your VIP winery experience follws the same path as our award winning wines, from vines to glass and will begin on the harvest deck, where Domaine Serene wine starts it's transformation. Then journey through our magnificent five-level gravity flow winery, learning the details of how our wines are created. Finally, you'll enjoy a private tasting featuring five special wines, including rare & exclusive single vineyard Pinot noirs, complimented with a selection of artisanal cheeses.
