2016 Jerusalem Hill Vineyard Pinot Noir 750ml
Our Jerusalem Hill Vineyard is our lowest elevation vineyard, and is located 16 miles south of the Dundee Hills in the Eola-Amity Hills. This vineyard is planted in Woodburn sedimentary soils brought into the valley during the Missoula Floods, 13,000 to 15,000 years ago.
Our 2016 Jerusalem Hill delivers bountiful aromatics of plum and desert sage, with sarsaparilla and fig compote warming the palate. Hints of star anise, leather and black cherry delight, as the power of the wine unfolds. The ideal pairing for a cocoa-nib braised short rib or rich oxtail mole, this silky wine is both robust and refined, with weight and tannins to anchor the opulent fruit in perfect harmony.
