Récolte, the French word for “harvest”, is a hand-harvested, barrel-fermented Chardonnay made from the finest selection of Domaine Serene Estate fruit.

A pinnacle of new world Chardonnay, we combine the carefully selected Dijon clones, meticulous pruning, and high-elevation dry-farmed vineyards on Jory soil to coax this noble grape into producing a wine of elegance, brilliance, and poise.

The 2018 ‘Récolte Grand Cru’ integrates the focus from Etoile Vineyard, round concentration from Côte Sud vineyard, and ripeness of the Clos du Soleil vineyard. Aromatics of jasmine, white peach, and honey syrup fill the nose, leading to a perfectly balanced and textured mouthfeel. The acidity and richness on the palate leads to a lovely, long, and lingering finish.
