Oregon Truffle Festival

This year, for the second year in a row, we are honored to be hosting the Oregon Truffle Festival's Saturday night dinner at the Clubhouse at Domaine Serene.

Join us for an elegant, multi-course meal featuring native Oregon truffles prepared by world-class James Beard-honored chefs.  All courses will be thoughtfully paired with Domaine Serene, Maison Evenstad, and Château de la Crée wines.

John Sundstrom is a James Beard Award-winning Seattle chef known for his thoughtful use of foraged and wild ingredients.

James Beard-honored chef Justin Woodward enjoys the challenge of evolving cuisine, using ancient and modern techniques to bring out the essential nature of house-grown, foraged and local ingredients.

Rachel Yang
Joule, Revel, Trove, and Revelry
Rachel Yang, a 2018 James Beard Award nominee for the Best Northwest chef, is known for her singular culinary vision that artfully blends a love of bold, unexpected flavors with classic technique.
