Having planted and harvested vintages from our Dundee Hills estate for three decades, we’ve learned the nuances of our vineyards, and have set aside select parcels to farm exclusively for our sparkling wines. Grapes from these vineyards exhibit a delightful blend of floral and red fruit character, which we shepherd into this member-exclusive wine. A portion of reserve wine added to the blend increases complexity, longevity, and sheer drinking pleasure in this exquisite multi-vintage sparkling wine.
A blend of 70% Pinot Noir and 30% Chardonnay, our Brut Rosé M.V. 2 glistens in the glass with a lovely pale pink color accented by a shimmer of copper. An enchanting nose of spring strawberries, rose petals, and a touch of rhubarb meets subtle notes of plum skin, fresh raspberries, and honeyed green tea on the palate. A rounded mouthfeel unfolds to reveal a sweet tension and lingering finish.
