Whether you're planning a small gathering or a larger celebration, our range of venues including the Caves, Renaissance Hall, Grace's Grove, Monogram Room or Clubhouse buyout can accommodate various group sizes and preferences. Each space has its unique features and ambiance. We encourage you to explore our venues page to learn more about these options. Reservations are generally valid for 4 hours, but if you wish to extend the duration, additional hours may be available to purchase. Kindly let us know at time of reservation so that we can check if that option is available.
Membership discounts are between 10-50% off venue fees based on membership tier.
Events at The Clubhouse start at $4k and the Lounge locations host events starting at $2k.
At present we allow for outdoor catering by affiliate vendors. All other vendors must be approved in advance.
For night events please note that we comply with the Yamhill County law which states that music and sound must end by 10:00pm. Guest house stays are available for members only through points redemption and availability.
