2012 Domaine Serene ‘Evenstad Reserve’

Like its Pinot Noir counterpart, the Evenstad Reserve Chardonnay is consistent from vintage to vintage and represents the flagship wine of our Chardonnay program. The 2012 Evenstad Reserve Chardonnay offers a complex bouquet of aromas that span across the floral, spice-driven and tree fruit spectrum. It is characterized by notes of honeysuckle, chamomile, Bosc pear, nectarine, crystallized ginger and nutmeg. The aromas carry through into the flavor on the palate, which delivers a balanced level of viscosity and acidity and finishes with persistence.
