Domaine Serene, 'Members Limited Edition' Gift Bundle

In celebration of the 20th anniversary of our state-of-the-art winery building constructed in 2001, the front of our 2021 Members’ Limited Edition label honors the special place that makes our wines possible. With this edition, we celebrate the rich history of the past and look toward the future world-class wines that we will be able to create with our members in mind. This 4th Members’ Limited Edition has enticing notes of a darker fruit profile on the nose; including blackberry and allspice, reminiscent of a rich oolong tea. Upon tasting, the wine reveals a savory and leather-driven palate with a remarkable balance of big tannins that provide structure while maintaining a beautifully plush texture. The leathery finish and lingering gentle tea tannins would pair splendidly with prime rib, pot roast, or brisket.

The nose reveals a brooding mix of black cherry and blackberry, layered with hints of leather and a subtle touch of clove. On the palate, this Pinot Noir leans into its savory nature, showcasing dark fruit and bramble berry, balanced by a smooth, supple texture and a whisper of vanilla. The finish is dry and focused, with lingering notes of purple fruit that echo across the front and mid-palate. A perfect companion to slow-braised brisket, red wine-braised rabbit, or pork belly sliders on toasted brioche.
