Keep in mind
- 10,000 point reduction for stays December – March.
- 10,000 point reduction for stays checking in on a Monday or Tuesday.
- The full point balance is required before booking a visit.

- We politely request no smoking on the grounds.
- NO RVs or camping tents are allowed during Member Guest House Stays.

You must be a member to book guest houses and retain membership during the stay. However, members are allowed to gift stays to non-members. Your membership must be active at time of stay.
Stays are available by reward point redemption only. They are not redeemable with cash or a combination of cash and points.
Yes! We need permission from both parties to split points.
Check-in is any time after 3 p.m. Check-out is 10 a.m. Please inquire about availability to use your points for late checkouts or early check-ins.
You will be provided a personal gate code at check-in.
We stock the bathrooms with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand wash, and lotion. Towels, washcloths, and hair dryers are also included.
The Winery Hill House, Ranch House, and Bunk House all have fully stocked kitchens. We provide cookware, pots, pans, dishes, glassware, and a small selection of spices. If you need anything specific, please ask before your arrival.
The Winemaker’s Suite has a small kitchenette including a full-size fridge, convection oven, hot plate, and outdoor grill. It does not include an oven.
Only service animals are allowed in guest houses.
We provide light snacks and breakfast fare. Please let us know of any allergies to be mindful of when you make your booking.
Yes. Please let us know when to expect the delivery and keep in mind our business hours. We are not responsible for any perishable items that are delivered after hours.
Absolutely! Your personal sommelier would be happy to place an order for you, and we’ll make sure it’s waiting for you in the guest house upon your arrival.
Yes! Please ask us for dinner recommendations. We can also provide recommendations for personal chefs who can provide an amazing dinner experience in our beautiful kitchens.
Yes. The Clubhouse at Domaine Serene parking lot does have charging stations for guest use.
We highly recommend booking a car service to get around the Valley, as Uber is unreliable in our rural area. Please ask us for recommendations.
