What do you enjoy most about your role?

Being able to create dishes and pair them with our wines to give our guest a great experience. 

What brought you into the wine industry?

I've always worked in restaurants, so being able to get into the wine industry was to learn more about the complexity of wine and learn how to enhance wine and also the food.

What is your favorite wine?

Domaine Serene, Grace Vineyard Pinot Noir

What is your favorite way to enjoy wine?

I enjoy wine with dinner mostly, or being social with some friends. Bonding is a big thing for me  - I love to connect with those I love!

What are your passions?
My family and spending time with my kids. Good and chocolate as well - having a passion in food and chocolate is such a joy to me. Sharing a meal and cooking with my kids is my favorite activity. Giving them my chocolates is another way to show and express my love to them.
