Director of Membership
Kristi Morin
What do you enjoy most about your role?
I connect with many of our members through phone calls, texts, and emails throughout the year. One of the most rewarding moments is finally meeting them in person at our member events. Putting faces to names makes those relationships feel truly personal.
What brought you into the wine industry?
My path into wine began after many years working in food manufacturing. During the pandemic, I took time to reassess what kind of work truly energized me, which led me to a role in the tasting room in the Willamette Valley, drawn by my long standing love of wine. What began as a temporary reset quickly revealed something more meaningful. My background in operations naturally drew me toward wine club management and the thoughtful structure behind membership programs that deepen a guest’s relationship with a winery.
What is your favorite wine?
Domaine Serene, ‘Aspect’ Pinot Noir.
What is your favorite way to enjoy wine?
My fiancé loves to cook, and I handle the wine. While dinner is coming together, I open a bottle from our cellar and take on the very important task of confirming it pairs well with the meal.
What are your passions?
In between wine club seasons, I love to travel internationally. Ask me for recommendations in Ecuador or Portugal. I live in downtown Dayton with my fiancé, Hunter, and our two dogs, Ben and Lily. You will often find us at Loam indulging in their unbeatable brunch.
