What do you enjoy most about your role?

Working with incredible wine in a beautiful place while applying and learning valuable skills daily. 

What brought you into the wine industry?

I have worked around food most of my life and wine was a natural progression. The history, layered nuance, and culture is what attracted me. The science, art, and experience are what keep me intrigued.  

What is your favorite wine?

Château de la Crée, Volnay Premier Cru Clos des Angles Pinot Noir

What is your favorite way to enjoy wine?

Enjoying a great bottle or two with other people that have as much, if not more, respect and appreciation for it as I do. Usually involving food, but always good conversation. 

What are your passions?

My wife, my home, our dog Henry, the time we get to spend at home together tending to our many plants (fruit trees and bushes), my music collection and hi-fi setup, the places we get to travel to, the food and wine we enjoy, and the outdoor experience (hiking and kayaking in the summer, snowshoeing in the winter) are all on my list.
