Chef John

Chef John Conlin

Chef John Conlin began his career at Central Market in Petaluma, California, under owner and chef Tony Najiola, where a disciplined farm-to-table philosophy shaped his foundation in the kitchen.

He continued to refine his craft in New York City, working with Marc Myers at Five Points and Cookshop, and serving as sous chef at Savoy and the Michelin-starred Le Restaurant. These formative experiences strengthened his classical technique and ingredient-driven approach.

In Oregon, Chef John led the kitchen at Roe in downtown Portland, which later evolved into Tercet, before joining Domaine Serene Wine Lounge Lake Oswego. Today, as Regional Chef de Cuisine for Domaine Serene, he oversees our culinary program across locations, creating thoughtful, seasonally inspired dishes designed to complement and elevate our wines.
