Guest House Stay Policies
- Seasonal Points Incentives
Enjoy a 10,000 Membership Reward Points reduction for stays occurring between December and March. An additional 10,000-point reduction applies to stays with a Monday or Tuesday check-in. - Minimum Stay Requirement
All guest house reservations require a minimum two-night stay. One-night stays are not available. Members may extend their stay beyond two nights, including three, four, or additional consecutive nights, subject to availability and applicable point values. - Booking Requirements
The full Membership Reward Points balance required for the stay must be available at the time of booking. Guest house reservations may not be made using monetary payment, nor a combination of cash and points. - Active Membership
Membership must be active and in good standing at the time of booking and throughout the stay. - Property Guidelines
Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property. RVs and camping tents are not allowed. Only service animals are permitted in the guest houses. - Availability
Guest house stays are offered exclusively as a member benefit and are not available for purchase.

Guest house stays may be booked by Domaine Serene members. Members are welcome to host non-member guests during their stay. Membership must remain active and in good standing at the time of the reservation and throughout the stay.
Guest house stays are available exclusively through Membership Reward Points redemption. Stays cannot be booked using cash, or a combination of cash and points.
Yes. Reward points may be split between members with prior approval from both parties. Please contact our team to coordinate the authorization.
Check-in is available any time after 3:00 p.m. Check-out is at 10:00 a.m. Early check-in or late check-out may be requested using Membership Reward Points and is subject to availability.
You will be provided with a personal gate code prior to arrival for after-hours access.
Only service animals are permitted in the guest houses.
Bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand wash, and lotion. Towels, washcloths, and hair dryers are also provided.
The Winery Hill House, Ranch House, and Bunk House feature fully stocked kitchens with cookware, pots, pans, dishes, glassware, and a small selection of spices. If you need anything specific, please let us know prior to arrival.
The Winemaker’s Suite includes a kitchenette with a full-size refrigerator, convection oven, hot plate, and outdoor grill. It does not include a traditional oven.
We provide light snacks and breakfast provisions. Please notify us of any allergies or dietary considerations at the time of booking.
Yes. Please let us know when to expect your delivery and keep our business hours in mind. Domaine Serene is not responsible for perishable items delivered after hours.
Absolutely. Our team of sommeliers would be delighted to assist you with placing a wine order and ensuring it is waiting for you upon arrival.
Yes. We are happy to share local dining recommendations and can also connect you with private chefs for an in-home dining experience.
Yes. Electric vehicle charging stations are available in The Clubhouse parking lot for guest use.
We strongly recommend arranging a car service for transportation throughout the Valley, as rideshare availability is limited in our rural setting. Please contact us for trusted recommendations.
