Update Your Digital Credentials


Step 1 - You will receive an email titled "Activate Your Account to Explore Your New Member Portal". 

 

Step 2 - Click "Activate Account" button in the email or go to http://domaineserene.com/profile/forgot-password.
 

Step 3 – Enter the primary email address we have on file.
 

Step 4 - Check your email. You will receive an email titled ‘Reset Password’. Click the button in the email and reset your password.
 

Step 5 – You’re in! Feel free to edit your profile including your password, address, and credit card information.


Once your account is set up, it's easy to access at any time by visiting the Domaine Serene homepage and clicking on your name in the upper right corner.

What if I have trouble accessing my account or forget my login?
You can reset your password by visiting http://domaineserene.com/profile/forgot-password. You can also call 971-545-2377 or email wineclub@domaineserene.com for additional assistance.


Do I need to create a new login?
Your username is now the primary email of your membership account. During the account set-up, you will reset your password.


Will my membership benefits and tenure carry over?
Yes. There are no changes to your membership benefits and/or tenure.


Is my information still secure?
Absolutely. One of the key advantages of updating your digital credentials is enhanced security across your account and transactions.


Can I still customize my club shipments?
Yes, and it will be easier than ever before! You’ll continue to be able to add, swap, or adjust bottles before we process your order.


Can I still book reservations the same way?
You’ll continue using Tock for reservations. To ensure your member benefits apply, please book using the email associated with your membership. Your visit history, order history, and account notes remain connected to your member profile for seamless service.


Will my past visit history, order history, recommendations and account notes carry over?
Yes. Your order history has been transferred into our new system. Your preferences are preserved so we can continue tailoring every experience to you.
