To protect the quality of your wine, shipments are placed on weather hold during periods of extreme heat or cold. We only release orders when temperatures are safe for transport.

Because weather conditions can change quickly, we do not have a confirmed ship date at this time. Once temperatures stabilize, your order will be prioritized for the next available shipping window.

Sign up for email notifications through this link, and we’ll ensure you’re updated as soon as your order is cleared for release and once it has shipped. 

While we cannot provide dates during a weather hold, the typical pattern is:

• Eastern & Central states: Delivery on the second Tuesday or Wednesday after the Monday ship date
• Mountain states: Delivery on Wednesday or Thursday of the same week

These timelines resume once safe-weather shipping windows return.

Tracking will become available the Friday after your wine ships. Prior to that, tracking will not update or reflect movement.

Many orders travel through our temperature-controlled network. It’s normal for the package to appear as though it’s stationary in Sherwood until it’s released to the final carrier.

Yes, someone 21+ must be available to sign for delivery. The carrier will attempt delivery 3 consecutive days before returning the parcel. Please contact us at Shipping@domaineserene.com or 971-545-2377 if you would like to redirect your delivery to a location where it will be held for 5 business days.

If your order is returned to us, our team will contact you to arrange reshipment once weather conditions permit.
