We can ship our Oregon wines to every state except Delaware, Rhode Island, and Utah.
We can ship our Burgundy wines to every state except Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Hawaii, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Missouri, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Dakota, Utah, Vermont, and Washington.
Most of the year, we use temperature-controlled shipping, which can take up to 10 business days but protects your wine while in transit. We ship via FedEx and offer Ground, 2-day air, or overnight, if requested (additional fees apply). Shipping via UPS is available upon request.
Many orders travel through our temperature-controlled network. It’s normal for the package to appear as though it’s stationary in Sherwood until it’s released to the final carrier.
Yes, someone 21+ must be available to sign for delivery. The carrier will attempt delivery 3 consecutive days before returning the parcel. Please contact us at Shipping@domaineserene.com or 971-545-2377 if you would like to redirect your delivery to a location where it will be held for 5 business days.
The carrier will make three delivery attempts before returning your package to us. If a shipment is returned, we will contact you to schedule a new delivery date. New shipping charges will be applied to reship your wines.
If you have selected pick-up for your order, Domaine Serene will hold your wine for up to 60 days from when the order becomes available for pick-up. Members agree to pick up their shipment within sixty (60) days of order processing. As a courtesy, Domaine Serene will reach out to notify the Member that the 60-day pickup window is expiring. If an order is not collected within the 60-day pickup window, the order will be shipped to the Member’s shipping address on file, and the shipping fees will be charged to the Member’s credit card on file. All communication regarding the 60-day pickup window and any subsequent shipments will be through the Member’s e-mail or phone number on file.
