The Evenstad Reserve Pinot Noir is our flagship wine and the defining standard by which all of our Pinot Noirs are measured. We hand-select our best barrels each year to create a reserve wine that is consistent in both its superior quality and flavor profile.
The 2008 Evenstad Reserve Pinot Noir displays complex aromas of cherry pie, raspberry, cordial, marionberry, dried orange peel, caramel, vanilla, and allspice. The palate delivers intense black raspberry,
elderberry, pomegranate, rose petal, sassafras, oak spice, and fine-grained tannins. The result is a wine possessing incredible power, length, and complexity.
