The 2020 Maison Evenstad Beaune Premier Cru Cellar Society Pinot Noir is a blend of Les Épenotes, Les Bressandes, Les Seurey, and Champimonts Premier Cru vineyards of the Beaune region of Burgundy.

The nose of this wine is suede and tamari. The palate is Hoisin, black cherry, black plum, bright and really good barrel notes, espresso bean, herbal quality, savory herb, anise and lavender at the same time. It has a lot of tannin but is well refined but ripe and ageable. This wine will age for decades due the tannin, it is well refined, and ripe. Pairs well with a grilled steak.
