The Domaine Serene ‘Evenstad Reserve’ Dundee Hills Brut N.V. Sparkling Wine is composed from Pinot Noir and Chardonnay sourced from our most coveted estate-grown, single-vineyard sites in the Dundee Hills. Crafted using the Méthode Traditionnelle, secondary fermentation takes place in bottle, creating its refined, persistent effervescence. Each release is blended with approximately 9% reserve wine from the inaugural vintage, carried forward in every bottle to preserve continuity, depth, and house style.
Inspired by the great Champagnes long enjoyed by the Evenstad family, this wine reflects an ongoing commitment to setting a benchmark for New World sparkling wine. Luxurious and precise, it is defined by fine bubbles, a creamy texture, and layered notes of brioche and stone fruit.
