A note from our winemaker
In the spring collection we featured the span of the sparkling program which featured our inaugural Vintage Brut to our latest Multi-Vintage 5 Brut. Members were invited to sip through the years of meticulously crafted sparkling wines aged to perfection. This fall, we have included an exciting line up of our newest releases across our Brut, Brut Rosé and Demi-Sec collection representing three out of the four styles of sparkling wine we produce. Although these wines may vary is dosage and varietal composition, they all represent the Dundee Hills AVA. While the Dundee Hills region is primarily known for producing exceptional Pinot Noir, the cool climate and diverse volcanic soils of the area also provide an ideal terroir for cultivating grapes used in sparkling wine production. Additionally, early harvesting ensures that our grapes retain the necessary acidity, essential for the production of our fine sparkling wines. The coveted land coupled with our winemaking expertise has allowed us to create wines that embody all the characteristics we had hoped to achieve with this program; richness, distinct characters, and softness. As we approach the holiday season, we hope that these wines bring you and yours together to enjoy the various celebrations of life and each other.
