This experience is ideal for groups of 17-30, featuring a 2-hour private space rental, curated wine flights, and 1-2 crafted cheese and charcuterie boards.

Yes, absolutely. We offer generous options for elevated private experiences, including intimate gatherings, reception-style events, formal seated tastings, pairing experiences, and full-day board meetings. Our team customizes each experience to fit the vision of the host.

While we do not host wedding ceremonies or wedding receptions, we would be delighted to curate beautiful welcome receptions, engagement celebrations, rehearsal-style gatherings, or other pre- and post-wedding events.

We offer both intimate private dining spaces and larger reception-style settings. Guest counts vary by space and format, and our Events Team would be happy to explore the best option based on your needs.

Absolutely. If you can dream it, our Event Team can curate it. Each event is thoughtfully designed with personalized wine pairings, in-house culinary selections, and tailored service details.

Whether you're planning a small gathering or a larger celebration, our range of venues, including the Caves, Renaissance Hall, Grace's Grove, Monogram Room, or The Clubhouse buyout, can accommodate various group sizes and preferences. Private event reservations begin at two hours, with extended time available based on your event needs and space selection.

Yes, we host elevated full-day board meetings and corporate retreats in our beautifully appointed spaces, offering a refined setting paired with exceptional hospitality. Please note that in-house AV is included with this experience.

Yes, we do offer a preferred third-party vendor list for consideration. Our Event Manager will guide all vendor coordination to ensure the experience reflects our standards of excellence and can walk you through those details directly. All vendors must be approved in advance. 

Yes, minimum spend requirements vary based on the venue space that is booked and the number of people at your event.

Yes, our members receive preferred pricing on venue fees for our spaces.

Yes, valet service is required for groups larger than 100.

Rideshare apps are not available in the Dundee Hills. Please arrange safe transportation to and from your event. Please contact us at events@domaineserene.com if you are interested in learning about our favorite town car drivers, taxis, and tour operators in the area.

For evening events, please note that we comply with the Yamhill County law, which states that music and sound must end by 10:00 pm.
