Récolte, the French word for “harvest”, is a hand-harvested, barrel-fermented Chardonnay made from the finest selection of Domaine Serene Estate fruit. A pinnacle of new world Chardonnay, we combine the carefully selected Dijon clones, meticulous pruning, and high-elevation dry-farmed vineyards on Jory soil to coax this noble grape into producing a wine of elegance, brilliance, and poise.
Our 2022 'Récolte Grand Cru' Chardonnay shines golden in the glass and features rich aromas of Asian pear, pineapple, tahini, and cardamom. The palate is full-bodied and beautifully balances lively citrus, ginger, graham cracker against a creamy, weighty texture. It is a luxurious match for butter-poached lobster tail, or pan-roasted veal chops in a chanterelle cream sauce.
