The Coeur Blanc is a special and limited production white wine crafted from fully mature Pinot Noir grapes. At harvest, 100% estate-grown grapes from carefully selected vineyard blocks are handpicked and meticulously sorted. The grapes are then gently whole-cluster pressed, limiting contact with the grape skins so that only the “white heart” juice is expressed. The resulting juice is barrel fermented in French oak and then aged on the lees prior to bottling.

Our 2024 Coeur Blanc White Pinot Noir is a careful white wine featuring delicate aromas of anise, tarragon, pineapple, peach, and strawberry. The palate displays white peach and raspberry set against wet pebble minerality, structured by a neutral oak frame and excellent tension. This unique wine makes a stunning companion to pan-seared sea scallops with a lemon-herb butter, or fresh Dungeness crab cakes.
