The Côte Sud Vineyard is located on a steep, south facing slope of the Evenstad Estate. This complex Pinot Noir from our oldest vineyard site has a fragrant and floral aroma profile with exotic spicy and confectionary characteristics, including raspberry, black tea, and cinnamon spice. In the mouth, the wine is rich and layered with silky tannins and a plush mouthfeel. The Côte Sud Pinot Noir finishes with a characteristic, silky, persistent length.
