2012 Domaine Serene Two Barns Vineyard

Two Barns vineyard is a low elevation vineyard planted to sedimentary soils of the Willakenzie series. These soils make Two Barns unique to the Dundee Hills AVA, typically known for its red Jory soils. This unique combination of soil and elevation produces dark fruited, brooding wines of intensity and power. The 2012 Two Barns offers notes of sweet smoke, strawberry compote, tobacco, roasted almonds, and black cherry. The palate opens with concentrated fruit, structural tannins, flavor density and youthfulness.
