Clos de Lune, located on our Winery Hill Estate in the Dundee Hills, is planted in Jory soils with gentle south- and west-facing slopes and is typically the last Chardonnay harvested each vintage. Known for its graceful balance and layered complexity, this wine shines on its own and pairs beautifully with dishes like seared scallops with lemon beurre blanc, wild mushroom risotto, or miso-glazed black cod. For a sweet finish, a classic lemon tart complement its vibrant acidity and silky texture.
