Brilliant in color, its hue is reminiscent of clean, fresh cut straw. Expressive, its beautiful bouquet fills the air with honeysuckle and pea shoot layering slight almond undertones. Clean and complex, the palate is broad, round and balanced showing generous flavors of honeycomb and quince paste. The acidity and weight are seamlessly integrated leading to a long, refined, mineral driven finish.
