It is crafted with 100% Chardonnay grapes from our estate vineyards in the Dundee Hills of Oregon. The name ‘ Récolte’-the French word for Harvest - pays tribute to our high-elevation Dijon clone Chardonnay vineyards planted in volcanic Jory soils. Having rested on its lees for over five years, this wine is a testament to our commitment to crafting world-class sparkling wines through consistent care and precision.
