The 2019 Abbey Oaks Vineyard Pinot Noir releases a depth of tannins balanced with restrained elegance. On the nose, deep layers of fresh blueberries, marionberries, and huckleberries, with a hint of vanilla and hazelnut, are met with a palate filled with dark fruit and a beautiful acid stability. The velvety smooth mouthfeel structured by mineral undertones delivers a rich and textured finish.

Abbey Oaks Vineyard is our only vineyard located in the Yamhill-Carlton AVA and is comprised of sedimentary soils of the Willakenzie series. Abbey Oaks ranges from 220 to 320 feet in elevation and is planted to a complex array of clones on a well-exposed south-facing slope. This unique combination of clones, elevation, soils, and sun exposure ensures consistent ripeness and depth of fruit-driven flavors in the wine year after year.
