Our Winery Hill Vineyard greets our guests as they arrive at The Clubhouse at Domaine Serene. The wine shows excellent aging potential with balanced acidity, elegant tannins, and a lingering finish that makes this wine perfect for any occasion. The grapes are grown solely on Dijon clones and slowly ripen in the cool air above Dundee making this a highly complex Pinot Noir.
The 2019 vintage showcases a fragrant nose of raspberry and dark chocolate, followed by a supple and pleasing suede texture in the mouth. Strong notes express differently as you savor, cloaking the senses with a long, lingering finish.
