On the nose, it presents an array of fruity scents with hints of cherry blossom, cranberry sauce, violet, and subtle purple tones. On the palate, this Pinot Noir showcases its juicy character and offers a delightful width and length. It impresses with a mouth-watering and mineral-driven quality, complemented by fresh berries and a satisfyingly long finish. Despite its weightiness, this wine is beautifully balanced and pairs exceptionally well with various dishes, including a turkey sandwich, skewers, or spring lamb with vegetables.
