The 2022 Clos de Lune Vineyard Chardonnay has a bright and exotic nose, with white flowers, jasmine, ginger, Asian pear, tropical fruit, and a hint of lemon. On the palate, it is rich and layered, offering creamy texture, weight, and phenolic depth that carry through the vibrant fruit and spice notes. The finish is juicy, long, and persistent, reflecting the wine’s balance and energy. Ideal for fall dining, it pairs beautifully with delicate squash, roasted fall vegetables, sweet potato dishes, ginger snaps, or pork and apple recipes, making it a standout choice for Thanksgiving or other savory and celebratory meals.

The Clos de Lune vineyard, located on our Winery Hill Estate in the Dundee Hills, is planted in Jory soils with gentle south- and west-facing slopes and is typically the last Chardonnay harvested each vintage.

Our Winery Hill Vineyard greets our guests as they arrive at The Clubhouse at Domaine Serene in the Dundee Hills which ranges from 775 to 930 ft in elevation. The grapes are grown solely on Dijon clones and slowly ripen in the cool air above Dundee, making this highly complex Pinot Noir. This vineyard produces wine with excellent aging potential, balanced acidity, elegant tannins, and a lingering finish.
