The label, adorned with our Winery Hill vineyard, caputures the essence of the long and sunny summer that defined the growing season. With meticulous care from select Pinot Noir vineyards, this wine embodies the spirit of endurance and the triumph of nature, reflecting the journey from frosty beginnings to a radiant, sun-drenched harvest.

The nose reveals a brooding mix of black cherry and blackberry, layered with hints of leather and a subtle touch of clove. On the palate, this Pinot Noir leans into its savory nature, showcasing dark fruit and bramble berry, balanced by a smooth, supple texture and a whisper of vanilla. The finish is dry and focused, with lingering notes of purple fruit that echo across the front and mid-palate. A perfect companion to slow-braised brisket, red wine-braised rabbit, or pork belly sliders on toasted brioche.
