Récolte, the French word for “harvest”, is a hand harvested, barrel-fermented Chardonnay made from the finest selection of Domaine Serene Estate fruit. The pinnacle of our Chardonnay program, we combine the right clones, meticulous pruning, rich Jory soil and dry farmed vineyards to coax this noble grape into producing a wine of elegance, brilliance and poise. Récolte is our tribute to the most famous white wine in the world and for us, the quintessence of Oregon Chardonnay. Coeur Blanc®

Coeur Blanc is a unique, barrel-fermented white wine made from fully mature, 100% estate-grown Pinot Noir grapes. It is full-bodied, richly textured and has a flavor profile that captures both the red and white wine characteristics of our cool climate growing region. With aromas of white rose, apple, stone fruit, and spice, this rich and velvety white wine offers balanced acidity, a creamy texture and a silky smooth finish. Often imitated but never equaled, Coeur Blanc is one of the most highly revered wines of its kind. |

Grand Cheval

The best characteristics of two very different varietals meet in perfect harmony to form a wonderfully remarkable blended red wine. This proprietary blend offers an exotic aroma profile consisting of dark fruits, intriguing spices, tar, cola and smoke. On the palate, the wine is full bodied and rich with silky tannins and a distinctively lengthy finish. Created to be our “Steakhouse wine” the Grand Cheval is bold enough for the richest of dishes, yet soft enough to please any palate.
“My grandfather, Carl Mickelson, was a Norwegian immigrant farmer who farmed his entire life with the aid of a large work horse. This horse pulled the plow, the wagon or the sleigh, and allowed him to provide for his family on a small, sustainable farm in Northern Minnesota. My grandfather loved his “big horse” and as a small child I learned to love that horse too.
