Etoile, the “sunset vineyard,” is located high atop the renowned Dundee Hills of Oregon on the west-facing slope of the Evenstad Estate. This dry-farmed, three-acre vineyard ranges from 800 to 825 feet in elevation and is planted to Dijon clones in Jory soil.

The 2018 Etoile Vineyard Chardonnay has a beautiful tension and laser-like focus that never ceases to shine. To begin, a delicate yet enticing nose of Meyer lemons marries hints of Granny Smith apple and key lime pie offering a fragrant allure. On the palate, creamy characteristics are balanced perfectly with sweet chamomile and a bright lingering acidity. Supple and generous, the wine carries through with extended texture on the palate and extraordinary length.
